I notified that bank multiple times across several years, to no avail.
A beloved ex-colleague, during a short stunt and while we were discussing how large organizations can manage their growth, once started a sentence with âlet me tell you why this typo will never be fixedâ. I donât remember the specifics, but I believe this was the start of a discussion on bureaucracies, and the outcomes they optimize for. Swift low-impact changes not being one of them.
