An attempt at achieving a good balance of tastes in a yuzu-based drink.
Pour ingredients into ice-filled shaker. Mix vigorously. Strain in a shot glass.
The basic recipe is a bit sweet, so it's only easy to enjoy in very small amounts, and very cold. Some may like the following variation better:
Pour juice, sake and syrup into ice-filled shaker. Mix vigourously. Add water, stir. Strain in a wine glass.
